Dr. Efua Asante is a Nutritionist and Lifestyle Coach dedicated to helping Ghanaians achieve long-term wellness through realistic, culturally aware plans. She earned her PhD in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Cape Coast and has led multiple community nutrition projects in Kumasi and Takoradi. Her coaching combines evidence-based nutrition with everyday Ghanaian foods, making healthy living both achievable and enjoyable
